At the end of the ceremony, CEO Mr. Richard Chen delivered a speech. In 2022, our company faced severe external challenges, and we came over; In 2023, the company will also face more challenges. The overall environment has a great impact on the electronics manufacturing industry, but we still have a lot of room. L&T people should strive for it, make all kinds of preparations, and take advantage of all opportunities to win more orders. CEO particularly emphasized the following three points:
1)Balance: everything has two sides, and it needs to be balanced when pursuing turnover and profit; In the pursuit of efficiency and quality, it is necessary to balance; In the pursuit of standards and flexibility, balance is needed.
2)Effective allocation of resources: resources are limited. Through demand analysis, limited resources are put on the cutting edge to maximize resources.
3)Inter-departmental cooperation: one hundred people one step is better than one person one hundred steps; An enterprise is like a carriage, and its design, purchase, production and sales are like the four wheels of a carriage, which need to be balanced and coordinated. At the same time, QA should control the risks and win the trust of customers, so that the enterprise can run faster and farther.
Finally, CEO expects the internal cooperation of the enterprise to make every effort to deliver a satisfactory answer sheet by the end of 2023.
